This wall mounted jacketed and insulated emergency safety shower is suitable for outdoor locations in climates where pipework may be exposed to frost or direct sunlight. Polyurethane foam insulation and a medium density polyethylene impact-resistant outer casing protect the pipework from frost or solar radiation, helping to ensure water remains at a safe temperature when the shower is activated. The wall mounted design keeps floor areas clear and is ideal where space is limited. Once activated using the pull rod handle, the shower delivers an evenly distributed, continuous flow rate of 76 litres per minute to drench the casualty and remove contaminants effectively. A stay-open valve allows hands-free operation during the recommended flushing period. Designed to meet EN15154 and ANSI Z358.1-2014 standards, this unit provides compliant emergency decontamination for process plants, loading bays and other outdoor areas.
