Trace Tape Heated Pedestal Mounted Eye/Face Wash with Closed Bowl

This pedestal mounted emergency eye/face wash is engineered for outdoor and cold climate installations where there is a risk of the water in the pipework freezing. Trace tape heating and polyurethane foam insulation protect the pipework, helping to keep the unit operational in ambient temperatures down to -25C. The robust closed bowl with integral lid protects the diffusers from airborne dust and dirt, keeping the equipment clean and ready for use between weekly activations. In an emergency, pulling the lid forward automatically opens the valve, delivering 12 litres per minute of water through high‑flow aerated diffusers to provide gentle but effective irrigation of the eyes and face. A built‑in flow regulator maintains a consistent flow across the recommended pressure range, improving comfort and performance. Durable, corrosion and UV‑resistant materials and an optional foot treadle support long‑term, hands‑free operation on demanding industrial sites.
