1500L Immersion Heated Emergency Tank Shower

This 1500 litre immersion heated tank fed emergency safety shower is engineered to protect personnel working with hazardous substances in remote or cold environments. The self-contained gravity fed tank removes the need for a mains water supply, making the unit particularly suitable for locations with unreliable water infrastructure or insufficient pressure. A thick polyurethane insulated tank and integral immersion heater maintain the stored water within the tepid range to helping casualties to remain under the shower for the recommended 15 minutes for thorough decontamination. The system is designed to provide a guaranteed flow of 76 litres per minute of potable water for 15 minutes, aligning with international guidance. Activation is via a highly visible red panic bar for rapid operation, with the option to add a foot panel for hands-free use where required. The tank is manufactured from medium density polyethylene for high corrosion resistance, increasing service life in aggressive outdoor environments. Meets the requirements of EN and ANSI standards.
