This 1200 litre mobile self-contained heated safety shower with eye/face wash provides tepid water decontamination for sites without fixed water supply. The large 1200 litre insulated tank provides the volume required to deliver the recommended flow of water for 15 minutes to the emergency shower. Immersion heating elements maintain the stored water within the tepid range, ensuring casualty comfort and helping to prevent hypothermia during extended decontamination in cooler climates. Mounted on a robust trailer chassis with towing hitch and heavy-duty wheels, the unit can be relocated easily as hazards move across site. The closed bowl eye/face wash features an integral lid connected to the valve for automatic activation and protects the diffusers from contamination between uses. To extend its suitability for outdoor applications, optional insulated or heated retrofittable jackets are available, helping maintain the water within a safe temperature range in colder or more variable climates.
